An interesting thing about how this record has been created is been the time it took. Some songs are dating back to year that No Doubt started in 1987. Also each member was finding it`s way. But for Adrian Young it was even harder because he never recorded anything in a studio. But luckly he got help by Flea from the Red Hot Chilly Peppers. So this record reflecting the first 5 years of No Doubt. witch is also mentioned in the booked. One song called Move On, was orginal written about the history of the earth.
