For the most part, I try to keep my posts here focused on music and relevant No Doubt events. But I believe that occasional personal information may be of some interest you. Last night we held a taher wild birthday party for Tony and Adrian (whose birthdays both occured last week). Many local musician friend attended, including mebers of the Vandals, 311, Weezer, Dail 7, and Sugar Ray. Sophie Muller was there, as were old O.C. friends. Good food and drinks were pletiful, and by 3am many people were dancing to loud rock music in the living room. Unfortunately, the paty ended on a sour note when at about 4am Adrian wounded up with a mysterious bout of nausea and reportedly vomited behind a tree in the front yard.

As work progresses on our next CD, there are a couple of cool things happening. This week we begin more written and demo-ing of new songs at an all new location. We`re no longer in a house on a hill, but now in an old school cramped rehearsal studio in the hot, smoggy pit of L.A. So far the vide is good... Also this week Sophie Muller (who directed three of our videos) will be filming a video for Rufus Wainwright over at Gwen`s house. Gwen may make a cameo in the video, so watch for that in the next month or two. Also, we`repreparing stuff for the unveiling of our new website here, and as soon I have a date I`ll be posting it. We plan to do a full band online chat , so you`ll all get a change to ask us anything you`d like.
