Bilboard - Bieber is just the third act, and first male, to reign for double-digit weeks. Plus, Stefani's first solo No. 1 album spurs her vault to the top five.

Justin Bieber remains the top musical act in the U.S., keeping the No. 1 rank on the Billboard Artist 100 chart (dated April 9) and leading the list for a 10th total week.

The Artist 100 measures artist activity across Billboard's most influential charts, including the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart, Top Album Sales and the Social 50. The Artist 100 blends data measuring album and track sales, radio airplay, streaming and social media fan interaction to provide a weekly multi-dimensional ranking of artist popularity.

With his 10th (cumulative) week atop the Artist 100, Bieber is just the third act, and first male, to top the tally for double-digit weeks. Here's an updated look at the acts with the most time on top since the Artist 100 launched in July 2014:

31 weeks, Taylor Swift
10 weeks, Adele
10 weeks, Justin Bieber
8 weeks, The Weeknd
6 weeks, Drake

Bieber keeps at No. 1 on the Artist 100 (up 2 percent in overall activity), with radio airplay marking his greatest points contributor (27 percent), narrowly outperforming social reaction.

Rihanna holds at No. 2 on the Artist 100, her best rank, and Adele stays at No. 3. Gwen Stefani rockets 89-4 (up 557 percent), as her album This Is What the Truth Feels Like becomes her first solo No. 1 on the Billboard 200 (84,000 equivalent album units in the week ending March 24, according to Nielsen Music) and Top Album Sales (76,000 in pure album sales). Album sales account for 58 percent of the Artist 100 chart points for Stefani, who hits a new personal best peak and makes the survey's fourth-largest leap so far; The 1975 set the mark with its 95-spot vault (100-5) on the March 19 chart. Rounding out the Artist 100's top five, Drake dips 4-5.

Among other Artist 100 moves sparked by album debuts, Jordan Smith, the most recent winner of NBC's The Voice, re-enters at No. 12, as his LP Something Beautiful debuts at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and Top Album Sales. Plus, country newcomer Kane Brown returns to the Artist 100 at a new peak, No. 23, fueled by the debut of his Chapter I (EP) at No. 7 on Top Album Sales and No. 9 on the Billboard 200.

Also new to the Artist 100: veterans Iggy Pop (No. 62), whose Post Pop Depression begins at No. 1 on Top Rock Albums, and A Tribe Called Quest (No. 94), driven mostly by album sales following the March 22 passing of founding member Phife Dawg. Meanwhile, rising singer-songwriter Ruth B enters at No. 98, as her breakthrough single "Lost Boy" climbs 79-67 on the Hot 100.
