This is a small part of a very recent and goofy interview with Gavin. Just remember he wasn't serious about any of the questions and was jokin around:

[not really though] These ones are a bit older though: What's your drug of choice? G: my girlfriend. Whos was the sexiest person you met this year? G: Gwen Stefani was the sexiest person I met this year. Was it love at first sight? G: It was lust at first sight.

in the new rolling stone [with j. lo on the cover], there is an article about best new bands of 2001. in that article, they talk about kroq acoustic xmas, a show which At The DRive In recently played. Well, in the article it says: backstage at the KROQ show, GAvin Rossdale of BUsh, who sneaked into a couple of seats with gwen stefani of no doubt to see the band [at the drive in] play, walks up to at the drive in and says he was so impressed by their album that he wants to work with their producer. more baffling to the band is his admission that he and stefani use the often brutal and jarring album as make-out music.

In the Hot 100, Southside is climbing to place 31 in week 10 in the list. In the Modern Rock top 20, Southside is climb to place 9. www.billboard.com

Vh1 is having an online poll for an All Access show. The theme is "Best Bodies" and Gwen is nominated for "Best Hair". She is just trailing Madonna, 35% to 36%. On the VH1 website (www.vh1.com) under the show All Access their is a voting section for best hair, body, etc. Right now Gwen is in 2nd place for best hair being beaten by Madonna herself! Sure Madonna has okay hair but I think Gwens got her beat by a longshot...lets vote and make her win!!

Gwen came without the band the day after her Palace show to our little family reunion at a cousins house. They came in a minivan and pulled up the driveway, everyone was excited to see this famous relative that they almost mobbed her! You see, Michigan is a long ways from California and she had not seen any of us in a lot of years and some were meeting their famous cousin for the first time (the children)! Gwen conducted herself very politely and was cheerful and even joked a little bit. She gravitated towards me because I was seven months pregnant and she was like "Ooooo, you're having a babeeee" and patted my tummy! She absolutely loves babies and children and right away I knew that she will be a sincere and excellent Mom someday and I suspect also that it is something that she dreams of most. I just thought the fans would like to know that she is very human and is a good person!

There was a clip today of gwen and gav @ some fashion show thing, it was on BBC choice, they showed gwen sitting there, gav was next to her, they both said the show was cool or something (the clip was 4 seconds long)but I think it was from last night or something coz this show is a live entertainment news thing,they both looked GREAT by the way, Gwen's hair is a little longer(still blonde)with the end sort of flicked.

in the latest issue of COSMOPOLITAN with that girl from "Will & Grace" on the cover (sorry don't remember her name) there is a pic of gwen and tony and jon bon jovi (oooh,rival) at his recent show in LA.

okay so this is alittle long and some may get it a few times. This is a story my dad told me, and it is no doubt related. so my dad is a truck driver and he lives in arizona. Hes been driving since 1995. he make different runs to different places. so one weekend in 1996, he had to make a run from Phoenix to an LA airport. And of course it took him sometime. well one of the nights he stopped some places to get dinner and go to the bathroom. at every stop he noticed that this van of "kids" seemed to be making the same stops and seemed to be on the same route, but thats very common, so he thought nothingh of it. Untill he stopped that night for ice cream. the van pulled into the same place, they walked in 5 guys and one girlwith bright blond hair. As my dad was looking in the freezer the blond walked over and slammed it down and goes...dont you know who we are???or who i am? and my dad says no. and she says well you should. he goes well right now im concerned with my ice cream so if you could please. As my father looked up he caught the "indian guy" glaring at him, a look he said he will never forget. SO my dad walks back up to the blond thinking maybe he should know and says ok, who are you? ANd she goes well im Gwen and your cute. He says and them???? she says oh our band is No DOubt, as tony glares stronger at my father. he looked at gwen shrugged his shoulders since he had never heard of them and left assuming she was too young for him anyways( he was only 36 and not bad looking for my dad anyway). he said he never thought about it until a year laterwhen i went to visit. he saw the poster and he was shocked and i showed him videos and played their songs and he was astonished. I think it would have been greater if they did go on a date. And when he saw tony he told me he would never forget his face. and this is totally true. my dad meets bands and racecar drivers, anyone that travels by van or semi. Hes senn nsync and brittney and hes past no doubts tour bus again. hes talked to alanis morrisette over the CV. It was just amazing to me, Gwen hit on my dad.hehe just thought id share.

OK! This is not from like 2 days ago but it's still recent.In People mag (25 most intriguing people of 2000)t-boz from TLC chose No Doubt as her celeb pick: "I like No Doubt's 'Simple kind of life'from their Return of Saturn CD. I like Gwen Stefani's vibe. She's got great energy."

On Wednesday I was checking CDNOW Top 100, and what I found was good. The album Return of Saturn was climb to place 63 !! which is pretty much better then place 90.

Last year EX-GIRLFRIEND was reaching place 1 in the Cyber Top 50 on 3FM. Well the Cyber Top 50 has a section with playing the number 1 of last year. So if you listen on the first week of April then you here Ex-Girlfriend on 3FM. The top 10 of last year will be filled the whole month of April with Ex-Girlfriend from No Doubt.

In the Feb. issue of twist there are two pics. of No Doubt. The first one is of No Doubt at the billboard music awards. The second pic. is of Gwen at Vh1's my music awards. Right above it it says: Being romantic is a trait that's important to Gwen Stefani. "He's the most sickenly romantic guy I've ever met," she says about boyfriend Gavin Rossdale. "And on top of it he's physically perfect-and I'm not even into that."

I was wathing fashion tv yesterday and while one of the collections was presented, they played simple kind of life. i guess that's all.

I was watching TRL today (1-8-01) and this girl said that she was gonna give aj from the backstreet boys a "gwen stefani lighter" that she made for his birthday cause he likes her...i was so excited that gwen's name was mentioned!!!!!

In the new issue of Meanstreat magazine there is a good picture of Gwen kissing Moby on the cheek. The magazine is FREE, and you could get it at any wherehouse music store, or at Pennylane. Go get it.

Also on MTV Europe there was a `Making the Video weekend`. On Saturday the 6th of Janaury on 13:30 to 14:00 and Sunday the 7th of January on 18:30 to 19:00, was No Doubt with the making of Ex-Girlfriend. On European VH1, there's a programme called "Best live performances of 2000" or something like that. And today, there was No Doubt, playing "Simple Kind of Life". Gwen's hair were the same as on the "Ex-Girlfriend" video. The song was awesome! It really was the best performance of 2000 !

In the new issue of Polish BRAVO there's an article about Moby. There's a few words about Gwen and "South Side" in it, but sadly NO PIC...

This was way back in August but i guess it's still a sighting. It was in a UK newspaper. It showed a big picture in colour of Gwen and Gavin holding hands walking down a street in LA i think. Anyways, the story was about Gavin 2timing Gwen for Andrea Corr and, as soon as Andrea dumped him, he went running back to Gwen.that's all it said

No Doubt is nominated for Best Rock Album at the 2001 Grammy Award Show which will air sometime in Febuary on CBS. Good Job Guys hopefully you'll win this time!!

I went to the Kroq almost acoustic Christmas and got backstage passes. First i met Adrian, he was really nice, then i met Stephan bradley. Well i met all of No Doubt except for GWen, i think she was in her dressing room with Gavin or something. All of the band members were really nice and excited to meet their fans. I just can't wait to meet Gwen.

On the 31th of December 2000, the`re was the Top 40 of 2000 with Factory Facts of the whole year. They played a little of Don`t Speak in Paradiso from the First `Showcase` on the month April.
On the 1st of January they played a rerun of a `Best of TMF` with Lex Harding, No Doubt is standing one !
Today they played a rerun of the `Top 40 of 2000`.

LA radio station KROQ had a countdown this weekend of the top 106.7 songs of the year and of course, No Doubt were in it more than once. At #41 was Moby & Gwen with Southside, #38 Simple Kind Of Life, #12 Ex-Girlfriend, and #5 was Bathwater.

in the chicago tribune, there was a section on "best and worst concerts of 2000", and no doubt's concert at the riviera on march 24 was under "best concerts" (i was at that concert and it was so rad!)there was a little paragraph on it:

"No Doubt at the Riviera Theatre on March 24: As punk rockers go, Gwen Stefani may be more of a lightweight sex symbol than a ska trailblazer, but she's a whirlwind onstage, skipping, jumping up and down, peering into the balcony and saying "Look at that girl! chicago's radio station Q101 had a "top 101 of 2000" and ex-girlfriend was #93, simple kind of life was #53, and moby and gwen's southside was #34...pretty good!

THis is notihng too special or anything, but my best friend took me to no doubbs concert in Sacramento for my b-day, the concert wsa july 25 and it was a day before my b-day, it was awesome, they are the best band live!! Anyways it was an awesome show!!
