Details : After Don`t Speak (Number #1 is dozens of countries) from Tragic Kingdom, Don`t Speak reached number #1 in the united Kingdom in February 1997. In the period early 1998 to the end of 2000, No Doubt had only small hits. Those singles never topped any charts in that period until the end of 2000. Gwen Stefani collabrated Moby on the song Southside. That reached number #14 in the Billboards (end 2000) and never released outside America. In the spring 2001, Gwen Stefani collabrated Eve on the song Let Me Blow Ya Mind. That song became a smash hit and even the biggest hit from Eve`s record Scorpion in the summer of 2001. Hey Baby, No Doubt`s first single from the full length album Rock Steady brought No Doubt back on the top of the charts. Peaking number #1 in Italy and Asia - number #2 in New Zealand, Taiwan and United Kingdom (more info below) - number #3 in Norway - number #5 in America - number #7 in Argentinia and Austalia. So I can continue for while. Hey Baby reached number #2 in the United Kingdom in February 2002. Exact 5 year after Don`t Speak reached number #1 in February 1997. | |
