No Doubt at MTV's VMA No Doubt's interview at the 1998 MTV VMA opening act features news on the upcoming album. For more news, go to mtv.com. Everybody looked so spiffy! Gwen died her hair light blue and pulled it up with horns. She had a matching blue furry bikini and a long sheer black skirt. Long brown haired Tom had a button up shirt. He's just plain hot! Adrian has his usual t-shirt and pants ensemble. Tony has his usual award show attire: a spiffy suit with a hat. In the special House of Style, Tony said the hat makes the outfit complete. I agree. Steve says the best thing he has on is his g-string. How sexy can he be? As for Tom, the piece he likes best is his ass. What more can I say? Unfortunately, noone made it to Rebecca Romjin's (sp?) 10 Best Dressed List. But who is she to decide right? |

ND interviewed by Kurt Loder No Doubt appeared on the VMA Opening Act last night and sat down with Kurt Loder for a small interview. As MTV put it the band was going Goth for the next album--probably only 1 or two songs. It's just an example of MTV not realizing that No Doubt, as a band, has evoled and matured to the point that they want to record a "Gothic Rock" song. After all, all of you who attended the Hawaii shows in May have heard some their new songs and know what to expect. Click here to see some pictures from the event |

News about new record No Doubt are taking their times to make the album just right. The band is currently in the writing process for the rest of the album and hope to re-enter the studio sometime in September. They are progressing smoothly and Tom reports that the vibe is "good". The No Doubt Friend Club will be mailing a new merchandise catalog to all members very soon. The official No Doubt site www.nodoubt.com is in the midst of another overhaul; it should be completed shortly. |
