Latest Billboards Devalopments
No Doubt`s Underneath it All felt 1 place down to number #4 in the Billboard Hot 100. In the Adult top 40, Underneath it All didn`t moved from place and is for the second week number #2.

Underneath it All is still America`s 2nd most played song on the Radio.

Very interesting devalopments in the album chart. Rock Steady felt two weeks ago back to number #77. Last week it started restoring and climbed it back to number #67 and this week it climbed another 17 places to number #50. Also Rock Steady is this week exact 50 weeks in the Billboard chart. But that`s not all. No Doubt`s Underneath it All is also on the NOW 11 compilation. That compilation entered this week the chart on number #2.

Article Reflecting No Doubt`s Current Situation
In a recent article on the Bakerfield website, does show how No Doubt`s current situation is. See below a part of that article :

No Doubt's tour winds down Nov. 30 in its hometown of Anaheim. After that, Dumont isn't sure what his band will do. There's an unspoken rule against working on any new material while touring, he said, though he brought a small recording setup on his tour bus to noodle on new ideas.

There's talk of releasing a B-sides collection that will also include alternate versions of many of the band's hits. That will keep fans happy until a new album of material is released. It's likely that any new album will continue with the same party-loving vibe of "Rock Steady." But all that's really certain, Dumont said, is that everyone in No Doubt needs a little break.

"It can be stressful not knowing what the future could be," Dumont said. "But it brings a lot of surprises."

Underneath it All, No Doubt`s 2nd Top 3 hit in America
In the fall of 1996, No Doubt hit #1 with Don`t Speak. It became No Doubt`s breaktrough song and No Doubt`s 1st Top 3 hit ever in America. All the earlyer and following up singles from Tragic Kingdom didn`t reached the Top 3 anymore. Just A Girl reached number #10 and Spiderwebs reached number #5.

In the period from early 1998 to early 2000. No Doubt worked on the followup. In April 2000, No Doubt released Return of Saturn. From Return of Saturn, only Simple Kind of Life made the Billboard chart and reached number #33.

Late 2000, Moby released as latest single from the album Play, the single Southside. Gwen Stefani collabrated with Moby on the song, Southside. It reached number #14. During the summer of 2001, Gwen Stefani collabrated with Eve on the song, Let Me Blow Ya Mind. It became Gwen Stefani`s 2nd time that she reached the Top 3 of America. Let Me Blow Ya Mind reached number #2.

In December 2001, nearly a year ago. No Doubt released Rock Steady. The first single, Hey Baby reached number #5 last February/March. Hey Baby was No Doubt`s first single in the new millennium that reached the Top 10. The second single Hella Good, reached number #13. But during the summer, No Doubt wasn`t in America but did an Europe Festival tour.

Now 6 year after the number #1 position from Don`t Speak, No Doubt returned to the top 3 of the American Billboard chart. Rock Steady`s third single Underneath it All, reached this week number #3 !!!

For the last 2 weeks, Underneath it All topped the American airplay chart instead this week. This week it`s Americas 2nd most played song on the radio.

Two other artists collabarated No Doubt on this song. Dave Stewart helped No Doubt compose the song. Dave Stewart is an ex-bandmember of the Eurythmics. The Eurythmics, had many hits dating back to the 80s. Also Lady Saw is singing a part in the song. She`s a Jamaican Artist, who helped No Doubt during the recording sessions in Jamaica back in April 2001.

Also No Doubt is playing currently their 2nd Arena Tour in their carreer.

CONGRATULATIONS
