No European Tour 2003
A lot of visitors and fanclub members have been wondering wheter or not there is going to be an European tour next year. The NDIFC checked with the European booking agency to see if that was in the plans. They told us, that there was no plans at present.

All Europeans should be lucky though, because of the massive European tour this summer, considering the fact that there is something countries in the world, let's take South America for an example where the band haven't toured since 1997. It takes a long time to plan and arrange a big European tour, and we first heard about the plans of this summers tour three years ago when Tom Dumont revealed in an in-studio interview back in February 1999 that they wanted to come play festivals in Europe. The the booking agent told me in January 2001 that there was going to be festival dates next summer. So, please be patient. If we hear anything, you will hear it here first.

Rock Steady Limited Edition - 2cd
Very suprising a Rock Steady Limited Edition will release on (next month) on October 7th. The Rock Steady Limited Edition will contain 2cds. CD 1 -> that`s almost like the orginal Rock Steady only containing 1 track more and that track is calling Hey Baby. What kind of track that`s is unknown. CD 2 -> containing 7 tracks. 4 remixes from album tracks and 3 videoclips. The orginal Rock Steady is very popular (see below), so that is probally the reson why this cd will release. It`s unknown if the cd will release international.

Billboards
No Doubt`s Rock Steady does have now three smash hits. All the three singles : Hey Baby, Hella Good and Underneath it All reached the Top 20 of the American Billboards. Underneath it All, the latest single witch is now in the Billboards climbed this week 9 places and came on number #18. Underneath it All is climbing fast in the Billboards. Hella Good, the second single reached number #13. Hey Baby, the first single from Rock Steady reached number #5 in February/March 2002.

Rock Steady itself is since December 2001 in the Billboard chart. It entered the chart on number #9 and never came lower then #53 to date. Actually it climbed 2 places this week to number #41 in it`s 41st week in the chart. With 11 weeks ahead Rock Steady will celebrate it`s first anniversary in the Billboard chart.

Return of Saturn, No Doubt`s fourth album entered the Billboard chart on number #2 but left the chart 21 weeks after it`s release. This all happend in the period April 2000 til September 2000.

Another wedding
Newlyweds Gwen Stefani of No Doubt and Gavin Rossdale of Bush will stage another wedding next Saturday (9/28) at the Hollywood home Interscope Records CEO Jimmy Iovine. The second ceremony will allow for the couple's family and friends to share in their nuptials. Stefani, 32, and Rossdale, 34, were married September 14th at a ceremony in London. --After their second wedding, Gwen and Gavin will honeymoon in France before No Doubt begins a U.S. tour with Garbage in October.

The `Live in the Tragic Kingdom` DVD will come out on December 11th in Japan. That`s exact one year after Rock Steady released in America. The price from the DVD is 4200yen.

Gwen Stefani
When Gwen married Gavin Rossdale she became Mrs. Rossdale, and a lot of your fans have of course asked yourself the question wheter or not she will stop using her last name Stefani. We checked with their management company, and can now confirm that there will be no change for now. It will still be Gwen Stefani for everything.

Second Wedding in Los Angeles
Gwen Stefani & Gavin Rossdale married in London at the St. Paul's Church on September 14th. This the story continue... Gwen and Gavin will do everything over again in Los Angeles for family and friends on September 28th. It`s a stateside ceremony. Shirley Manson is on the guest list according to Worldpop. Garbage (Shirley`s band) is the show opener in the US Arena Fall tour in October and November.

1157 Visitors
The NDIFC site has the last month abnormal peaks. Last Sunday we past the 1000 mark. See below more details. But the record standed for one day, because last Monday this site had 1157 visitors in a 24 hour period.

1063 Visitors
Last Sunday, September 15th. This site had an Amazing 1063 visitors. This is the third Big peak within a month. On August 19th this site it`s first big peak with 920 visitors, the second big peak was on September 2nd with an amazing 972 visitors (see below) and now the third one. We have regular a peak around 700 and we have around 500 visitors on less visited days.

Gavin Rossdale marries Gwen Stefani
Bush lead singer Gavin Rossdale has married Gwen Stefani of No Doubt.

The wedding was held at Paul's Church in Covent Garden and the guests included British fashion designer John Galliano.

The couple have been dating for six years. Rossdale proposed on New Year's Day.

October 14th University Park, PA show cancelled

Any tickets purchased by credit card will automatically be refunded by both the Bryce Jordan Center and Ticketmaster. September 11th, 2001 Tribute
One year after the horrible attacks on American symbols, the world is remembering that terrible day. The biggest attack was on the World Trade Centre in New York. That was done by two commercial airplanes. A few thousand people died on ground zero in New York. Also, another airplane flew into the Pentagon in Washington. Another hundred people got killed there. In Pennsylvania another airplane crashed on the ground. 45 people died there. This all happend on September 11th, 2001.

We wish all the survivors and people who've lost their loved ones the best in future. All the victims, and heroes who came to rescue will alwaysbe remembered and never forgotten. God bless America, and their people.

3rd Long Beach Arena Show
No Doubt gonna preform an amazing Three times in the Long Beach Arena in Long Beach, California. It`s the only venue in the Fall tour where No Doubt is gonna preform Three times. The shows on the 22nd and 23rd are sold out. Also it`s the closest venue to No Doubt`s Hometown, Anaheim. It`s five year back in 1997, that No Doubt did the last Arena tour in support of their third album Tragic Kingdom. No Doubt preformed twise in the Arrowhead Pond in Anaheim in that 1997 Arena tour.

Just wanted to let you all know that the presale for the Long Beach Arena show on 11-22-02 has not yet taken place.Up until about 9:50am today Ticketmaster listed the presale as beginning at 10am. And shortly before that the show was taken off the page. But not to worry the sale has not yet begun.I spoke with the bands management today and learned that it was a small mistake that it was listed at all and that you should check Ticketmaster.com for the new date.

On the September 2nd, this site had 972 visitors. It`s the 2nd time in two weeks this site has a new record of visitors that visit this site in one day (24 hours). On August 19th, this site had 920 visitors witch was a lot more visitors as usual. Normal this site has a peak of 750 visitors and the mininum lies around the 500 visitors.

No Doubt European Tour Campaign

It's been 5 years since No Doubt last did a full European tour, and now No Doubt are popular enough to do another. The Festival tour of Summer 2002 was excellent fun for all those that managed to catch it, but the feeling among fans in Europe was that the tour only went to Northern Europe, and missed out on a
lot of places. A lot of fans couldn't go to the shows, and those that did, didn't get as long a show as a proper headline show. The tickets were also a LOT more expensive. Because of this, I started this tour campaign so that No Doubt would do a proper Europe-wide tour in the near future. For this to be succesful, the team needs members from ALL over Europe, otherwise how will No Doubt know there are fans
